A 2-day workshop on Emotional Intelligence in Leadership was organised by the Office of International Relations from the 25th to 26th of June 2024. The workshop was facilitated by Prof. Dorothy Siaw-Asamoah, a Clininal Professor in the Organisation and Human Resources Department at the University at Buffalo School of Management, USA.

The workshop was held for Emerging Leaders and Administrators and was heavily attended by some Senior Members of the University and Administrators from different sections of the University.

Over a hundred participants were taken through many practical activities that sought to train them on how to develop skills to understand and manage emotions in the workplace.
