A pre-conference organising team for the upcoming African Nutrition Conference, paid a courtesy call on the Dean of the Office of International Relations, Prof. Samuel Bert Boadi-Kusi on 9th August 2024.

The team, led by Dr. Mawuli Sablah, visited the University to inspect the conference facility the readiness to host the conference. The other members of the team includes, Prof. Francis Zotor, Vice President of the International Union of Nutrition Sciences; Mr. Percival Agordoh, the local Organising Committee Chairman; Dr. Frank Hayford, Treasurer - African Nutrition Society; and Prof. Kingsley Pereko, President of the Ghana Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Vice-President of Federation of African Nutrition Society.

The Conference is to be held from 4th to 11th October, 2024 at the University of Cape Coast
