This is a form for UCC students who have an interest in studying abroad on the Student Exchange Programme.

Please note the following:

1. The form is a one-time application. Click SHOW all to see all the required documents. Ensure they are ready before you begin to complete the application.

2. You will not be able to save and return to the form.

3. You will be able to download a copy of your application after you submit the application.

4. If you realize you have made mistakes with your application, contact international@ucc.edu.gh to effect changes. DO NOT RE-APPLY.

5. The form is not case sensitive. However, make sure you capitalize the first letter of each word.

6. You can edit your application before you finally submit. Make sure you take the time to go through each section to avoid mistakes
